1. 采用3-Hz双耳差拍音频:实验组N3时长和占比显著增加(20%左右增加到28%左右); N2时长显著减少(54%左右减少到46%左右);N3潜伏期显著缩短(22min左右缩短到14min左右)。

2. 所有音频都搭载于相同的粉噪音,听双耳差拍的音频比单声拍和纯音音频的被试入睡时间更短。
